Throughout my many professional and business pursuits I’ve found one simple, but pervasive characteristic throughout businesses and organizations. Very few remain the same regarding quality, ethics, customer service, etc. Any company that may be superior today is not likely to keep that superiority for more than 10-15 years. As management, staff, or ownership changes, so does the business.As I recall, you began your business with no employees other than yourself. You rapidly expanded your business and have become a well-known entity throughout the entire San Antonio area. While that’s an achievement to be proud of, I’m more impressed with the quality of your service – with special mention to the quality of your employees – that has been consistently outstanding without exception. I know you’ve had many employees since I switched my insurance to you in 1996, and they’ve all been a major cut above the industry norm. I suspect that’s a combination of hiring decisions, proper training, and your own ethics model infused into every aspect of your company.
